Guest guest Posted May 9, 2002 Report Share Posted May 9, 2002 Another option for night pain is a mattress pad made of tempur-pedic - it is more suitable for people with allergies than goose down and it is pretty comfortable. I have not had neck pain since I started using a tempurpedic pillow. They are a bit expensive, but if you cost it out bearing in mind you get a better night's sleep it is good.
