Guest guest Posted September 1, 2006 Report Share Posted September 1, 2006 I am hoping someone can answer my two questions: -Are canned beans allowed on the SCD? -If so, do they need to be soaked in water for 24 hours, or does the fact that they have been stored in water mean they can be used right away?
