Liz, I love green tea too. Now all I need it the tea kettle. Let me know if

the dragon works. LOL I have to buy the decaf tea. See they take all my

vices away. LOL

I'm glad you are feeling a bit better. Keep it up. Don't think it's the LA

smog that is getting to you do you?? I know it has really been bad in the

valley here.

Yes, I'm glad the smoking is gone. At least now i won't have to listen to

them yell at me. LOL

Thank you , today I started to be fed up with

it, and decided to take an Aleve, and my inhaler, and

I do feel better. I had been fighting using the

inhaler as I get awful cramps, but the doc told me to

stop taking Lipitor as it might be causing it. I

haven't had any cramps, but I guess my cholesterol is

going up! I am trying V hard to eat right, plus

drinking green tea. The lovely Japanese lady who sold

it to me told me it would " rower my choresteror " . I

also bought a traditional cast iron teapot to make it

in, decorated with dragons for " strength " . It is

supposed to be good for you and I do like it.

You keep taking care of yourself, generally I do, you

know. Aren't you pleased you gave up smoking well

before this surgery, so that is one less thing to

worry about!!!! Love, Liz
