Guest guest
Hi Corey, I think I would make it like I make my b. nut squash soup, ie cover a chicken, with water, add an onion, 3/4 carrots, 2 sticks celery, a couple bay leaves, bring to boil, simmer for an hour or so until chicken is really tender, remove chicken , add chopped pumpkin and ccok until that is tender , blend and serve up with a dollop of scd yoghurt and fresh corander. You can remove any of the veges that aren't tolerated when you remove chicken. The chicken can then be served at the side/saved for later and what I then tend to do is make a bone broth with the bones afterwards and either make up a fresh batch of soup or keep it as broth, oooh I love pumpkin soup, I haven't bought any this year yet, this week is goona be the week, anyway htht, Josie xx > > Does anyone have a good recipe for pumpkin soup? My daughter's school > is searving non-legal pumpkin soup for their Harvest festival (this > week) and I'd like to send her to school with a legal one. I'm so > grateful for any suggestions.
