Guest guest
Tumpa, It is best to divide it into gallon size ziploc freezor bags and store in a deep freeze. If you freeze the whole bag, it will be harder to separate and get out the small amount you need when you run out of what is in the refridgerator. Question is the almond flour is just in a big box wrapped in plastic, can I keep most of it in that package and freeze it? Guest guest
Hi Tumpa - Where did you order your nut flours from? We will start them pretty soon. Also, are they organic or conventional nuts that are used? If they are conventional, does anyone know where you can buy organic nut flours? Thanks - > Hi, > > I just got my shipment of 25 lbs of almond flour and 10 lbs of hazelnut > flour as well as5 lbs of coconut flour (I know that this is for more > advanced, but the fiber is helping his constipation tremendously!) > Question is the almond flour is just in a big box wrapped in plastic, can > I > keep most of it in that package and freeze it? > > Thanks, > > Tumpa Reinhardt > > To the world you may be one person, to one person you are the > world~Anonymous > > > --------------------------------- > Everyone is raving about the all-new Yahoo! Guest guest
Are you located in Canada by any chance? I too have constipation and am wondering if coconut flour might be an option, but I'd want to buy the finely milled kind.
