You sound like you are a mess girl. I think you need to go see your dr tomorrow and get something for the sores and everything else. They really need to control your flares with something. PLease don't let this go on too long..You had better promise me you will call a dr, any dr. tomorrow... You know I'm thinking of you and you make me worry. I think I'll hand over my worrying duties to Glenda and Dawn full time now. That is before the cytoxan caused it to fall out. Now my nose is red and swollen and painful and I cant hide it. How do yall deal with this? Since it is was during the holidays I could not get ahold of any Drs. so my husband who thinks he has gotten a medical degree by reading some of your posts and the articles about RP had me take a 10mg pill of predisone. But only 1. It caused my sugar to go up to 300 and my blood pressure sky high. Oh well I told him if he kills me I will at least be in no more pain HAHA Since I have been off of the pred for a couple of months(remember my Dr.put me on 1000 then 280 then 80 then down to 0) I was wondering if you can go up and down like that and not cause any trouble. I am having so many things wrong right now that I asked my Dr. for a SILVER BULLET just so I knew I would not come back in any more pain> HAHA Oh well also I read the articles that posted and they said RP can cause spine problems. I wonder if that is causing my degenerative disk disease and the rupture in my neck right now. If I have to have neck fusion you will hear me all the way from Texas complaining. The main problem right now is my right hand is numb and neck and arm throbbing, so I cant shop, right checks or any fun stuff. Oh I also forgot do any of you ever have blisters around your mouth?I have never had cold sores or fever blisters (never had chicken pox virus). When I first started Cytoxan I had mouth thrush and ulcers in my mouth but now all of a sudden around my mouth is red with tiny blisters all over. So you can see I have become a hermit. SPent the holidays inside. RED NOSE, BLISTERED MOUTH, GIJANE HAIRDO,SWOLLEN BODY AND HURTING. Please forgive me for complaining as I know alot of you are worse off but I had to let it out. I already deleted two messages but I think I will send this one off so yall will at least know I am still here.HAHA Hello to all the newbies and Happy Birthday to everyone I missed.
