Guest guest
Hey Tania, Congratulations! It is good to hear you are doing well. I think that with time the change in how we eat and drink will come easier. At least that is what I hear from most Post-ops. Anyway - glad to hear you are back. Guest guest
Hi Tania! We missed you while you were gone! You won't be able to eat much at first, and that's just the way it is. You will feel tired *at first* if you do not get enough potassium -- lack of protein will not be the culprit until 2-3 weeks or more, because we go into the surgery " well nourished. " Orange juice and V8 both have potassium. V8 hot & spicy (when you can drink that, next week, maybe) has more potassium than the regular. Also, you can add salt to anything. Kind regards, > Hi everyone....I am home. Had the surgery Thur. Sept 7th and left > the surgery center the same day.
