So glad she has went to the Dr. Sisters are so precious and sometimes we need to push them along sometimes! Please let us know how Shirley comes out with the Dr. Hope you get to enjoy the pool this summer. I wish I could lose 30lbs. Enjoy your summer vacation! Guest guest Posted May 4, 2002 Report Share Posted May 4, 2002 Glenda , I am doing fine ,enjoying my niece for the weekend . Her parents went to Ga for a wedding so she is with me . But that is not unusual . Shirley did go to a general practice doctor and he is ordering all blood test . She has sort of told him what she thinks is wrong with her self-diagnosis I guess . I've lost 11 lbs so not as much as you but still a heck of a lot in only 10 days. I must have missed one of your earlier posts, what are you worried about? Getting the wires taken off? You'll be fine, I'm sure! It will be liberating to say the least and then you'll have an easier time getting food into your mouth, although mind you, I am at day 10 with a splint and elastics and I can't get that much in. Maybe I'm not trying hard enough but I'm just too scared of overdoing it. Good luck tomorrow!
