Guest guest
What is the reason behind not giving a child more than 1/2 cup of yogurt per day? When I read BTVC, I was under the impression that one was to work up to that goal of eating 1/2 cup per day. I did not, however, have the understanding the it was not to be exceeded. iel has quite a bit more than this amount every day. I never have measured it out, but I'd guess he eats 1 1/2 cup or maybe even 2 cup per day. What might this much yogurt do to someone that Elaine did want the 1/2 cup to be exceeded? Thanks. Guest guest
Meleah, You can feed up to 2-3 cups a day. When you think about it, cows and goats do not touch dairy, yet they produce a calcium-rich product. That is because there is calcium in vegetables and grasses and the absorption of this calcium is facilitated by sun and/or Vitamin D. > What is the reason behind not giving a child more than 1/2 cup of yogurt per > day?
