People on here have done jazzercize 2-3 days after surgery. I was *RUNNING* the day after surgery and hefting an 80 pound suitcase 3 days after surgery. Dr. R. recommends exercise immediately after surgery. Your don't have to worry about " interrupting a staple line. " You aren't going to have a " staple line " incision, either. Go see http://www.fourlane.com/whymgb.htm for pictures of the tiny little incision marks you will have after surgery. Kind regards,
Guest guest
I did it again. Somebody slap me upside the head. I keep doing this. I leave out " mgb " in the URL. It is: http://www.fourlane.com/mgb/whymgb.htm ^^^ You can get to it if you can just remember it is fourlane.com/mgb That's the main index page. And whenever I type it, I am remember the name of the actual page, and I leave out the " /mgb/ part. DOH! > << Go see > http://www.fourlane.com/whymgb.htm for pictures of the tiny little > incision marks you will have after surgery. >> > > , I just tried bringing up this page, and it gives me a 'can't find this > URL' page... weird! > > Robin > Wife to Doug > Mommy to Tyler, 4 yrs., and Brennan, 1 yr. > Singer, wife, mom, secretary.. and not in that particular order. > > This message is from the Mini-Gastric Bypass Mailing List at Onelist.com > Please visit our web site at http://clos.net > Get the Patient Manual at http://clos.net/get_patient_manual.htm > > and for more on the MGB,Don't miss : > http://www.fourlane.com/mgb > > To Unsubscribe Send and Email to: MiniGastricBypass-unsubscribe (AT) egroups (DOT) com
