Do the cheese crackers (cooked cheese) need refrigerated?

I cook mild cheddar cheese into a big cheese pancake and break it up

into small cheese crackers. My son loves it. It is cooked to the

hardness of a regular " Cheeze-It " type snack. Does it need to be

refrigerated afterwards?
