Guest guest
Flo, the sugar doesn't bother you? I've wanted fat free pudding from day one, but I've been afraid of it because of the sugar! I think I might give it a try, too! I can't find a fat free dressing except the catalina. I haven't tried it since surgery. It may be too sweet now. I used to like it as an alternative to Ranch. (My favorite) Right now I still use Ranch. Just not near as much! lol Dinah > Can anyone suggest a fat-free salad dressing that doesn't taste flat > or just plain awful? Guest guest
Flo, Naturally Fresh, has a light Blue Cheese that is not bad. I can't do fat-free at all myself. Ruqayya

Flo who is eating her fat free chocolate pudding and loving it! >> Flo, if you buy a pack of the powdered ranch dressing mix and mix it with 1 or 2% milk, its pretty good if you like ranch dressing. I always just don't add quite as much milk as the pack calls for so it will stay a little thick since the low-fat milk is so thin. Most always, no fat means more sugar content. I consume " lite " or regular Ranch and Italian. This makes for a much tastier salad and I use much less than in the old days pre MGB. I think if I had to eat low fat I would skip the salad all together so I know it's gotta be healthier to eat my salad every day!
