Hi all, I've had several major surgeries.1. Just hold your incision with

either your hand or a small pillow. 2. When they get you up, stand up

straight, no slouching. The more you walk the quicker you will get out of

there. 3. You need to " fart " that shows the doctors your intestines and

stomach are working. Had one doctor tell me if the drapes are on the windows

I wasn't doing enough. Good Luck, Sue M
