Guest guest
That is fantastic news!! So great to hear of positive things when a pregnancy is involved. I just went through my 2nd in vitro fertilization procedure and tomorrow I find out if I am pregnant. Out of 29 eggs they have retreived over the past 5 months, only 3 made healthy cf free and chromosome problem free embryos. 3 months ago I had 2 embryos transferred but it didn't take. This time I only had 1 healthy embryo put in (all that was left). I don't feel pregnant but let's hope for the best!! > Happy Holidays! We have big news are our house - I am pregnant! Guest guest
Congrats Coleen, Welcome to the pregnant club! So far it's and myself. I am due in July, I think that is due in May too! Glad to hear that your CVS test results came back with good news. I'll be having an amnio in 5 weeks or so then I'll have to wait a few more weeks to get the results. Did you have to see a genetic councilor before having the CVS test done? My ob/gyn said that even though we could probably tell the councilor more about the genetics of CF then they already know, we have to see them before the amnio. I suppose it is just routine. Mom of 5 with CF and one on the way Happy news Happy Holidays! We have big news are our house - I am pregnant! We are expecting a baby boy at the end of May. Elyse is very excited to have a baby brother. She informed me that she thinks we should name him " Baby Jesus " . Needless to say, I will not be taking her suggestion. Guest guest
Good luck with the test tomorrow. You have been in my thoughts since the last cycle. I am hoping for a high Beta/HCG level tomorrow! Colleen Re: Happy news That is fantastic news!! So great to hear of positive things when a pregnancy is involved.
