Latino Mentoring Training Institute (LMTI) The LMTI is designed for organizations that recognize the risk of not leading in a changing environment, and that are committed to building organizations and management teams that produce extraordinary results. The LMTI project incorporated in its design the feedback from the first Latino/Hispanic Leadership Summit held in Washington DC on January 2008. Funded through the Office of Minority Health, by the Department of Health and Human Services’ Minority AIDS Initiative, the LMTI is led by OMHRC.
