Dana..... Beets are often suggested for people who are constipated... b/c it

loosens the stool, so beware if you are NOT wanting that effect.

Deb, squash buttons a hit! Can also be done with Beet

I cooked a beet and peeled it and mixed with cooked pear and pureed all of

that and made " Beet Buttons " My boys liked it also. So, yes, you can do it with

beet.

I just made pumpkin button and K took 3 bites of one. At first, she gagged but,

then she chewed it up and swallowed without any coaxing at all. I am elated

because she has never eaten pumpkin before and it's something she can actually

tolerate without the cinnamon. So, pumpkin buttons are a hit for now at least

and maybe only a couple little bites at a time but we'll take it! :) P.S. I like

them too. Jenn & K

Deb, squash buttons a hit! Can also be done with Beet

Hey Debbie!

Glad you chimed in. I thought you had said you froze them. We go through them

too fast also. I don't know if you noticed, but the squash buttons are a hit!

Someone else asked yesterday if it can be done with beet. I cooked a beet and

peeled it and mixed with cooked pear and pureed all of that and made " Beet

Buttons " My boys liked it also. So, yes, you can do it with beet.
