Guest guest
Donna: What was their reasoning for your patient letter " not passing the test? " Just curious as I am sending in my packet on Monday and want to make sure I have everything in order. Thanks, Christy California

Guest guest
Hey Donna, I am a self-pay too, insurance just wouldn't move fast enough, and I feel like you, once I've decided I am so impatient!! I am working on my packet now, and won't finish up until I have my physical (scheduled for the 13th of this month). I hope I can also have surgery on the 2nd of nov. but I have no idea if that is possible right now. Keep in touch, maybe we will be littermates... Trudy Strong (not alan) Am I in the Twilight Zone or what? Earlier this month, Barb emailed me that my packet was great except for my patient letter, which I redid and sent priority mail about 3 weeks ago. Since then, I've called, emailed, faxed and generally made a pest of myself (I want this so bad, I've no shame now!). But I cannot get a response from anyone. I'm beginning to think I'm in the twilight zone of cyberspace and that no one is getting my messages! I plan to self-pay so insurance is not an issue. Their voice-mail box is full. I finally got through on the phone (its been busy) yesterday and left a message for Barb to call, but alas - no word. I want to schedule my surgery for Thursday, November 2nd at and go to clinic on Tuesday, October 31st. Anyone else experiencing the above? Any secret phone number to call? Let me know this message is reaching the outside world! Thanks! Donna Skulman Little Rock, AR
Guest guest
good question Christy.. whywouldn't a patient letter be good enough? Trudy Re: Am I in the Twilight Zone or what? Guest guest
I was told that I needed to redo my patient letter because I didn't have those headings in it. I had covered every point that correlated to those headings but since I didn't have the actual headings I had to redo it. Also I put my list of contacts right in the letter and that had to be separate. Guest guest
The question isn't what's wrong with the patient letter. The question is why hasn't there been a response in 3 weeks?? AZ-Cher
Guest guest
Thanx so much , I would have never thought to put headings in my letter either.. Did you copy most of the letter word for word or did you change a lot of it? I know I had to change some personal stuff, but mostly I wrote it word for word, just no headings hahaha I've got time to retype it though, thanx to you maybe it won't get sent back. Do you have a surgery date yet? Maybe we'll be going together... Good luck, Trudy Strong Re: Am I in the Twilight Zone or what? > > > Donna: > > What was their reasoning for your patient letter " not passing the test?
