Guest guest
Are you diluting the juice by 50%? That's important. You can go ahead and try some homemade coconut milk (recipe on www.pecanbread.com ). In BTVC, it says not to use this until further out, but Elaine changed her mind and okayed it for the kids here who can't have any dairy..... so they could have coconut milk as a base for smoothies, etc. My daughter loves SCD honey lemonade. You might try that. It's just water, with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a spoonful of water. Patti New to the group, question for group Hello All I have a 2.5 year old with Autism. He has multiple food allergies and has had bowel problems pretty much since he was born. We started the diet about a week ago. I just went back to the website and I think I have been giving him too much juice to start. Any ideas for alternative drinks? He really loved his Rice Milk, so it was difficult to get through that, and I am afraid we have been letting him drink too much juice to make up for no rice milk. Any suggestions? Thank you so much for your help.
Guest guest
OKAY..... I'm not fully awake yet, obviously. I meant to say the honey lemonade should be: WATER... a sqeeze of fresh LEMON juice.... and a spoonful of HONEY. Sorry 'bout that.... I need another cup of coffee and a shower!
