Guest guest
If you are just grilling.... meaning, cooking the burgers outside on the barbeque grill, it's fine.... it's the same as broiling, basically. Just as long as you are not adding anything but salt to the ground beef... and make sure the grill is completely clean of anything that was cooked there previously. Patti BBq? Are BBq'd meats okay for intro diet? If not, why & when? Dh wanted to bbq some burgers for the kiddos tonight & it's day 1 of intro. Thanks, Michele
Guest guest
If you mean grilling with no sauce, then it's OK. Just the meat with salt. No sauce.
