wtg , it only takes a few days after the doc gets the packet to get

approved. Don't forget to put some dates in that you want to have your

surgery. Can you believe that is the one thing I forgot lol. But I just

emailed Barbara and she gave me a date. Good luck you are almost there. hugs

packet. I did not do that either, but I did email Barbara for a date. I am

Barbara is very good about getting back to ya. She will email you and tell ya

what day she has opened. I picked 3 different dates and she gave me my first

choice. I think you will hear soon. Good luck I hope you get the day u want.
