Guest guest
Hello Kurt, I'm sorry your daughter is suffering from this disease. I have had CP since childhood so I have special sympathy for youngsters dealing with the problem. I don't have personal experience of the surgery you're talking about but I'm sure others who have will post some replies to help you. I'm not very computer-literate but I'll now try to put in this message a couple of hospital website addresses where you will get information on the different surgical procedures. Hope it doesn't go wrong! http://www.hopkins-gi.org/pages/latin/templates/index.cfm? pg=disease1 & organ=4 & disease=24 & lang_id=1 http://news.mc.duke.edu/experts/detail.php?id=189 These are two good sites. I hope I've done this correctly. I don't understand why they haven't appeared in blue. Help! I'm sure someone will tell me what I did wrong! Anyway, I have found them very helpful. Here's another one from my own hospital in Liverpool, UK. http://www.liv.ac.uk/surgery/staff.html Hope you'll find them helpful. You can also use the top5plus5 section of this site. Find it on the home page. Part of it deals with surgery. With very good wishes, Fliss (UK)
