Kim; this makes sense to me--just bought my nest jar of

Solgar Chelated Magnesium (glycinate)--have not had a

muscle cramp since beginning it about a year ago when I

read your first post! And, although I do receive less Tobra than

formerly--just doing better--I am amased at

this stuff--amased enough not to skip a dose!
