Guest guest
You don't need a whole lot to get started with canning. I did google it really quick, and a few things came up. You can check one web site that appears to be helpful for a beginners although I just skimmed it. www.canningpantry.com They have recipes and techniques, but also all kinds of canning supplies and equipment. They have other kitchen items like juicers, dehydraters, and the like. I can tell you that my mom has canned her whole life, and she gets her jars from WalMart. You will need jars, a wide mouthed funnel, and a few other basic supplies to get started. It shouldn't cost too much though. I hope the web site can at least give you an idea of how to get started. Have fun.
