Guest guest
Don't feel bad, . I am on day six, and today, I was going to cook a pear to see if i tolerated it. Boy did I cook it! The phone rang and I didn't think to answer it with my cordless, so the pot just cooked and cooked....until it was burned!!! So...had hubby go get some more pears. On this batch, I had company over, and guess what? I burned them!!!! So...three pears down the tubes. I would think you could still use your pears. Maybe put them in a sauce pan and add a little water, then cook. ? Hope that helps. ~ Celiac, 34, day six on SCD > >Reply-To: pecanbread >To: pecanbread >Subject: forgot to cook the pears! >Date: Thu, 24 Aug 2006 01:45:50 -0000 > >I guess I'm losing my mind from lack of sleep (and too much >cooking!!), because today I was going to make some pear sauce for my >ds... but I forgot to cook the pears! Guest guest
, If I were you, I'd take all the lids off, set the little jars in a shallow baking pan with an inch of water in it, and put them in the regular oven for about 40 minutes-ish.
