Guest guest
Thanks so much. I wasn't sure about the recipe on the gelatin pkg. as it had so much juice in it, so now that I know to dilute it, I'll make some today. My kids will probably like this also, and they can use all the help they can get to start eating healthier! Also, fyi, I found a fruit strip at Target that I love and helps my sweet cravings. I assume it is SCD legal? It is by Archer Farms ( Targets own name brand ) ...ingredients are Organic Apples, Organic Apricots ( or Raspberries) and Organic Lemon Juice. I love them and great snack for me. Unfortunately I don't like bananas, but I know I can make smoothies without them, and just use honey to add sweetness. I have a vitamixer and the cookbook has some great SCD legal recipes for beverages, so will have to try some of them out. Also if I can find bulk blanched almonds ( anyone know of a good resource?), I have the dry grind container for my vitamixer that should work well to make almond flour.
