Have you tried Pecan Flour? I tolerate it much better than the almond. I grind

my own

pecans quickly in a food processor until they are the texture of brown sugar.

The muffins

on page 122 of BTVC edition 10 made with Pecan Flour are outstanding.

You can grind uour own Macadamias too but they are rich in fat so be careful to

stop

before they become nut butter. if that happens they can still be used to bake

with.
