If you tried goat yogurt this week that should give you an idea if you are ready for dairy and live probiotic bacteria. Did you start with a tiny amount? If you do well with the yogurt you could try cautiously some of the legal cheeses - you may want to start with legal goat cheeses before stepping to cow cheeses (if you try them at all).
