Yes! In our clan, the kids do, the young adults do, and

even us geriatric tipes do. Don'e even mention the number of pairs of socks

that I own. This is in what others think of as cool weather, even. And

then there

are thos infamous T-shirts; if I pull one up at the doctor's

office, this spray of salt or whatever goes all over the place--downright

embarrassing! So, are we the " rotten

T-shirt " club, now?

Now that you mention it, his feet and hands are sweaty as well. I

never put it together before.

Both of my sons sweat so much that they leave salt crystals on face and

around hair line. Add them to the " rotten T-shirt club " . Ha. , the

musician, has to change his guitar strings constantly due to Corrosion from salt

on

fingers. His strings keep rusting and breaking. Guess he is rotten from the

inside out. ( " Very funny Mom " ).

Eileen C.,

I just want to mention with all the sweating your son’s

body is doing, he needs to drink electrolyte in addition to water to make sure

he does not get dehydrated. I drink, everyday, at least 1 glass of filtered

water with a pinch of sea salt and half a lemon squeezed in, sometimes I add a

pinch of baking soda as well. Of course when I work outside in the heat I drink

more.

There is also a product called Elyte that is mixed with water to

replace lost electrolytes.

He works on a farm and just

recently commented to how much sweating he is doing which is not normal for

him. He becomes drenched in a way that is not common for him…of course 90

degree plus temps are a factor but it still was something unique to his body.

Could this be a sign of healing?
