Guest guest
I am considering getting av fruit juicer. http://www.ciao.co.uk/Reviews/Philips_HR1861__6338985 -What are your opinions on making your own juice instead of buying it? -How does the home made juice compare with pasturised store juice (without added sugar)? I am thinking vitamins, nutrients etc. -Do you loose alot of the good stuff when you drink homemade juice instead of eating the fruit/vegetable? Guest guest
I do know that Elaine preferred that the whole fruit be eaten due to the lack of fiber when fruit is juiced. Also, you must still dilute your juice. When you juice, you need to drink it right away. Much of the nutrients are lost if you let it sit around even in the frig. Personally, I like Breville brand. It is a super powerful juicer, and quick and easy to clean. Meleah Fruit Juicer I am considering getting av fruit juicer. http://www.ciao.co.uk/Reviews/Philips_HR1861__6338985 -What are your opinions on making your own juice instead of buying it? -How does the home made juice compare with pasturised store juice (without added sugar)? I stopped having juice in preference to eating the whole fruit. Occasionally I will do some vegetable juice but find my machine useful for its attachment that grinds meat, makes sheret from frozen fruit and candy from dried fruit and nuts. Carol F.
