Guest guest
Hi everyone. For 3 years I have had a colostomy because of this disease, bad plumbing, and pain meds. Just recently I had my colon removed and had whatever was left go to my small intestine which is acting as my poop shoot. Some days I think this is going to work and I will never be plagued with the horrible disease of Constipation. I had the operation about 2-3 weeks ago and today I am in so much pain. Not only in my lower area of my anatomy, but up in the pancreas area too. Today I am so scared. I am scared that I keep shaking hands with the wrong person, and not with the person who is going to help my quality of life. Before I had this surgery I was bed bound once again. I had a CP flare up and it was awful, as they all are. I know I threw this procedure out on this board awhile ago in hopes that someone had had this done to them, and still had a pancreas. If anyone has any sites for me to explore or had their own story to tell I would reall apreciate it for I am truly scared and I need a hug or just a little support. Thanks Paget
