Hi Betty,

I had surgery last Friday and am drinking skim milk everyday.

Betty,

I drink kefir (and have since about 1 week post-op). Kefir is cultured

milk....it's

like yogurt, but is probiotic. I can't stand to have yogurt day after day, but

I do

enjoy my kefir. I don't know why you can't try it, I think Flo has milk with

her

cereal in the mornings.

Betty: I just want to wish you Godspeed and His protection tomorrow

as you travel to Durham and your surgery. I know you've had a hard

week, but what a climax lies ahead tomorrow! I'll be praying for you

and keep us posted!
