Your trip to Paris just sounds delightful!

Thank you so much for sharing with us. Gish I will never see anything that fancy except on television!LOL So glad you enjoyed yourself.

Wow I am so proud of you! You have lost weight and are down on the pred! That is great news in itself! Keep up the good work and I hope you rub off on some of us too!

I know you have rubbed off on me! Gish we had so much fun in Okieland last year! Has it been a year almost! Gish my time flies when you are having fun!LOL

Didn't we have fun? I think about you all often -

actually coming back from Paris, I thought of you

specifically when we flew over Oregon!!

Actually, I had got off the pred just before the Okie

trip - maybe I feel better at this time of the year?

Hopefully I will be able to manage longer this time.

I have just walked on the treadmill for 40 minutes,

done weights for my biceps and triceps and some

stretches - now I am on a high!! (The pain will set in

later!!)

I have to tell all you younger sufferers that I feel

100 percent better at 59 than I did at 49 - the

difference is the medications and improved lifestyle,

i.e more exercise and more veggies and fruit!! It is

not necessarily down hill all the way! Take heart and

do your best to keep moving. I think the worst thing

is sitting down for too long at any one time (eg at

the computer!!!!!)

BTW if you start exercising you have to start slowly,

five minutes at a time, then build up gradually, don't

overdo.
