Look at the pecan bread web site under the food preparation section for a

list of helpful kitchen equipment. I have the yogurt maker, but haven't

purchased any other kitchen gadgets because we just don't have the money

right now. A food dehydrater, juicer, large food processer, ect. are nice,

but not necessary. I have my yogurt maker, blender, mixer, and a tiny food

processer. I've been just fine with them. The lemon water with sacrin or

honey is fine. Make sure that you do have a legal probiotic on hand to

start taking immediately. Also, I'd recommend that you get the Kirkman scd

legal prental vitamins since you're nursing. I have not purchased any scd

cookbooks, and I've been scd for six months. There are so many recipes

available on line that I haven't felt the needs. You can search this list's

archives for recipes...there have been many posted. Carol also knows of

another list where scders create and share recipes. There are also a couple

of other sites for scd recipes. I'd definitely go simple on the kitchen

equipment and cookbooks initially to have money available for purchasing

legal supplements.
