and you will find the example of the Patient Letter.

Debbie, I'm hoping for early Nov. also.

the example patient letter is under the 12 steps to get started, there's also, a

sample family letter there too. They both helped me alot.

Someone said if your patient letter don't have those headings, they'll send it

back. Don't remember who, but can be sure mine had those headings, just like the

sample patient letter..

Maybe we'll be littermates,

Hi everyone,

When I first logged on several months ago I found and example patient letter.

Now that I am almost done with mine I wanted to look it up. Its gone...Or am

I nuts? Can anyone find it and tell me how to get to it again? Also how much

info is needed on the test regarding vbg,rny,agb,and ds? Can we draw a pic or

do we need to actually describe them in detail? Do we take the test online

and send it or take it with us to clinic?..or both? Getting anxious. I dind't

find a surgery description in detail on clos.net regarding vbg,agb,and ds. I

had to go elsewhere. Did I miss that too? This site is huge.It really does

take months to read and research it all. I thought I'd seen it all but I

guess there is more.....Good Job Dr. R.!
