Guest guest
Hi, There are numerous opinions/answers to that question. There are those that feel provocation/challenge tests are dangerous and can make you permanently worse. Challenge tests are not terribly helpful regarding diagnosis of Heavy Metal Intoxiction either because rates of excretion vary widely in the same person. Blood and urine tests are not helpful either unless you have an ongoing high level exposure because many heavy metals leave all measureable body compartments within a short period of time after exposure. Please check out the yahoo groups: Frequent-Dose-Chelation and Autism-Mercury for more info. or contact me off list because this is an off topic issue. I will say I have mercury/thallium/arsenic toxicity. The diagnosis was not a simple thing. If it were me I would ask my physician to 1.order a Doctors Data, Inc. Elemental Hair Test Kit (not toxic element kit) 2. Order the book HAIRTEST INTERPRETATION:FINDING HIDDEN TOXICITIES by Hall Cutler and use that as a guideline. You can post your hair test results on the two lists above and receive valuable input. Just joining those groups will give you access to their files, links, and database with info. on diagnosis, safe chelation, supplementation, etc. Gladioli > > hi, > anyone knows if " heavy metal test kits " are acurate?? >
