Guest guest
List members, We had a reaction similar to Leah's child. My three children are on day 14 of the diet. On day #9, we added steamed, pureed green beans mixed in with their meat patties. It was a small amount, less than 1/4 cup into 1 lb. of ground meat. Stools from my 7 yr old and 4 yr old were significantly looser and we haven't given green beans since. (Our 22 mo. old is still pooping mush, so I'm not sure what effect it had on him). The beans were not french cut. Today I put a very small amount of steamed, pureed spinach in their meat for the first time. I'm waiting to see what happens... I really wish they could tolerate some type of green vegetable. Have you had any success with any of the green vegetables early on? Ideas anyone?
