Guest guest
Iron absorption will vary from person to person , by the type of operation and the form of the iron supplement. Iron in iron amino acid chelate form seems to be the best absorbed because the molecules are small enough to pass through the intestinal walls without being broken down by digestive action. I would recommend 50-60 mg a day. Guest guest
Can someone please tell me how much is too much of the casein-free acidophilus for a 58lb. child? Each day I give her 2 already. Could it be possible that she could use more right now, especially due to not having more yogurt starter right now to make the goat yogurt. She is on coconut oil, fish oil, CLO, organic, fresh cranberry juice & garlic(2-3x's a wk.) already also. By the way, K is growing so tall. She is now 50 " . I am so blessed to have such a beautiful little girl. She is showing so much of her personality lately. I believe I am a hinderance to her speech delay in a way. Ever since she started showing me a lack of safety awareness, we started to communicate almost telepathically. It's like an intuition and now that she's healed a bit, I need to learn how to let some of that go. I am not a believer in telepathy but, we sure do have a pure & true bond. When I do let go, little by little, she really amazes me. She has been doing lots of reorganizing, art projects & cooking. I can tell that she is able to take pictures of things in her head and recall them perfectly at a much later time now- months. I can do the same thing. I always have been able to do it. I cannot believe what this Christmas is going to mean to K, myself, her dad. She searches, is careful & has more respect for trinkets, treasures and love. Giving hope this holiday season, Jenn & K
