Gloria was the " wonderful " person who circulated the spreadsheet. It is

really great and very very helpful. I have attached it for you (it is in

Excel).

Trudy,

All the pre and post op meds are 'splained in the manual, girl. All written

down for those folks who can't find the glasses that are right on their

noses. I know how it is old gal. :-) PJ

Please!!! tell me all this is gone over with Dr. R after surgery.... I will not

leave there if I don't know what meds and supplements I will be needing to take.

I also want something in writing on this, and something in writing on exactly

what I should and shouldn't be eating...

Sheesh, I'm 53 years old I forget where my glasses are half the time, and I'm

wearing them..

Post-op spreadsheet

I read that someone was circulating a post-op spreadsheet, on how and when to

take the medications, vitamins and supplements. Can someone

e-mail that to me with the attachment. Many thanks !

Hi Trudy,

The answers to both questions are in the manual. It is always good

to

review it every week or so while you are waiting. It is a lot to

absorb:0)

Trudy,

You will have to depend on the patient manual to tell you what to eat

and what supplements to take. I am eating only yogurt and soup along

with juice. I also munch on crackers - let them dissolve to mush

mostly. As for the supplements - I am taking Citrucel and Carafate

of course along with creatine and glutamine. I am going to GNC today

to find the Twin-Fuel and also hopefully some sublingual B12 discs.

Vitamins won't start for another week and a half.

Price sent me 3 spread-sheets with microsoft word. (because I couldn't

receive the excel)

They are great! ! Ask her, but if she don't respond, I'd be happy to forward

them.
