Lily,

Thank God for the acupuncture. "

I am so glad that this acupuncture works for you. I know you and

your darts, or I should say needles, have been close for some time.

I gave acupuncture a try --- twice. Ouch! Those neeedles hurt! But,

honestly, I don't know if I am more afraid than I was in pain. It

didn't really matter since I was just afraid of the needles

themselves as much as fearing being stuck with them... near my

eyeballs, I might add.

Acupuncture was a tremendous help to me prior to my cancer surgery (for

uterine cancer) and for pain relief afterwards. It was also wonderful to

getting things back in balance after I had my colonoscopy.

I would recommend being careful of Chinese herbs because some of them are

quite high in polysaccharides, and are thus SCD-illegal, so you could be

at cross-purposes with them and SCD.
