Guest guest
I cook pears for 8 minutes. I cook small apples for about 5 minutes. Any vanilla with corn syrup in it is illegal. I buy Frontier or Simply Organic from Whole Foods or a health food store. Guest guest
The vanilla extract is illegal. No corn syrup allowed. I use a brand called Spice Island, and I know many use a brand called Frontier. I think that the Dole pineapple juice is legal. I'll defer to someone else.
