Guest guest
I've made some yogurt for my ds from organic cow half & half. For now I'm mixing this with the regular goat yogurt I've made. I don't know that he's ever had a problem with cow dairy. If this were to be a problem, how soon would it be reasonable to notice a difference? Thanks Elaine B

If your son has reacted to other foods in the past (something he wasn't ready for) and he had an immediate reaction you may see the same thing. If it took a few days , then a reaction to the cow yogurt may take the same. It also depends on how much of the cow yogurt he has. It is best to start with a small amount if you think he will have a reaction. Even if you doubt he will, starting with a teaspoon or so is still a good idea. That way you can guage any reaction more accurately and if a negative one occurs you can stop it before increasing the amounts and causing more problems. Let us know how he does with the cow yogurt. We would love the feedback and I am sure other people would like to know also. Sheila, SCD Feb. 2001, UC 22yrs mom of and
