Guest guest
Hi Sheila, Yes, the applesauce (and pear sauce) was homemade. And no, the avocado was not raw. I put it in a hamburger patty (boy was it yummy!). I haven't tried suppositories. Are you saying you have to try the protocol WITH a suppository....or just the suppository alone? I don't know if the Nystatin as illegals. I don't have the money to get it specially comounded anyway though...... I am on the intro diet, and other than the experiment with the apple/pearsauce and avocado, I've been on the intro for three weeks. Pitiful, I know. But I really am feeling much more like a real person, even though I struggle with the C. I took an Olive Leaf Extract pill last night, and I did have a bm today. But they seem really harsh on my system, so I hate to do that too often. I will try the suppositories....... I've just got to think I'm still struggling with H. Pylori or something. This constant gastritis is just ridiculous. I've NEVER seen anyone this sensitive to fiber and acid..... Ok, rant is over. :-) Thanks for the help, ~ > >Reply-To: pecanbread >To: pecanbread >Subject: Re: IBS-C >Date: Thu, 07 Sep 2006 14:33:28 -0000 > >Hi , > > > I don't remember what day of SCD I'm on.
