Guest guest
Gay posted a toothpaste recipe just a few weeks back. I just made it two days ago. I be honest, my kids hate it, but I am using it anyway because it's less expensive than the kid toothpast(my husband lost his job about three weeks ago). Here's the recipe. 6tsp. baking soda 1/3 tsp. salt 4tsp. glycerin 12-14 drops peppermint oil I used a little bit of orange extract because my kids always have said that the mint flavored toothpastes are hot. The kids toothpaste is usually fruit flavored anyway. I hope this helps. My thought is that my kids will get used to it over time even though they hate it now. Guest guest
Thank you, Meleah. I have the SCD legal peppermint extract. Is this equivalent to the peppermint oil? I have not been able to find peppermint oil in the store that is edible! Audrey Mom to Liam ASD 2.9 y.o.
