Guest guest
You better tell that RP to just leave your nose, thorat, ears ,alone or we all are going to come there and kid its butt Have a better day. SHERRIE -- Enbrel approved me also Well I have received my Enbrel approval also. Hey maybe we will be starting around the same time. Is that the only med for RP that you are going to be on?I think my Dr. intends for me to stay on the cytoxan also. I sure hope not. I am tired of feeling nauseated all the time.I complained so much for being sick last year for Christmas and that I missed not even having a tree, that my husband has pulled out the whole attic. I think he must have even borrowed some of the neighbors junk. HAHAHA Now it is just over whelming me and I am getting sicker just looking at all of it. It is only 2 weeks away and it will take me that long to set it up. If I do then I said I am going to keep it up till Easter and just mix the bunnies with the santas HAHAFor some reason RP wasnt happy eating my nose and throat and ears away, it has decided to settle in my ankle and shoulder today. I am just achy all over and I so much want to feel better so I can decorate. I pulled my Christmas dishes out and then figured I would have to cook and then wash them so I am thinking about hiding them.hahaOh well I figured I needed to check in so I wouldnt get into trouble. I am going to go back and lay down for awhile. Hugs, DISCLAIMER!!WE ARE NOT MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS, THEREFORE ANY INFORMATION THAT IS RECEIVED HERE IS FROM EXPERIENCE ONLY. Guest guest
Shirley what's with the screaming. What's with advising people to graze? Are you trying to get kicked off another board. Guest guest
fay i have you know that i have not been kicked off any board thank you very much. i was not advising anyone to graze but if you are going to eat you do need to eat something that will not make you gain weight.. i was not screaming either. i think You are too sensitive . I am sorry that I accidentally used capital letters, it is just that i can see them better because my vision was impaired by diabetes. Shirley Re: NANCY Shirley what's with the screaming. Guest guest
I love you to death, and appreciate your contributions to this list, but this is a *great* example of what should have been a private post. Now, others will undoubtedly get involved. Like me, for example. BTW, Shirley, " screaming " is when you write in all caps. It's considered " screaming " or " shouting " in an email and is pretty commonly accepted as such. So, please cut the caps out......all lower case is perfectly acceptable as well. Guest guest
I had severe vision problems for a while, so bad that I had to stop driving, couldn't read anything in normal type, was declared legally blind, etc. My solution wasn't to yell at all my friends on the computer :-) but was to have my employer get me a 21 " monitor that I could set at 640 x 480 resolution. Luckily for me, a cornea transplant restored my vision in one eye completely, and I will be having a second cornea transplant later this year and hope to then be able to live life without glasses even. If all caps are necessary for a medical reason, I think the post should be prefaced with a little apology, " I'm not shouting at anyone, I just find it very difficult to read lower-case letters " , which would go a long way towards keeping the peace. LOL But couldn't we be more understanding about a little thing like CAPS for a person with vision problems? She has a good reason for doing it. I know you are absolutely right about the usual email etiquette, but maybe we could make an exception this time? Not only that, but its a proven fact that people will usually not read something that is in all caps(its too hard on the eyes). At best, they will maybe skim over it....case in point: I didnt know what you wrote til you started getting responses, so I had to go back and read it. =========================================================================== IMPORTANT NOTICE: This communication, including any attachment, contains information that may be confidential or privileged, and is intended solely for the entity or individual to whom it is addressed. Guest guest
wow - I know I say goofy things. My brothers call me when I am in the hospital and then call each other to compare notes and laugh at all the silly things I say. My 18 year old loves to bring his friends with him when he comes to see me at the hospital so they can all laugh and have a good time!!! GREAT!!! Even one of my colleagues likes to call me when I am in the hospital and he is having a bad day at work, to have a good laugh at the things I say - and make fun of me when I fall asleep midsentence, wake-up a couple of minutes later and continue on with the conversation. I think he even puts me on speaker phone!!! Cecilia Mesa,AZ
Guest guest
Hi , I am feeling much better today. I don't know what tonight will bring but oh well. At least for the day I am doing good. I am feeling very hungry and even alittle energetic. I don't think I will go see Dr. Lehman any sooner than september. I don't think that he can do anything at this point. He wants to see if the pancreatic duct has closed up or may need further stenting and wanted me to wait 6 months from my last ERCP. I have to say that the past 4 nights I have also been getting SOD attacks starting. I didn't recognize the first one until I was in tremendous pain. But then I remembered that it all starts with that horrid stomach ache feeling then it gets worse real fast. I am guessing that the sphincter is dysfunctioning again. It sucks because it usually irritates my pancreas and then I am left with left sided pain too. Last night I caught it early enough and only had to suffer for about 30 minutes, thanks to my pain meds. I am due to go on vacation with my husband and kids from july 4th till the 12th. I am getting nervous about going too. My husband even suggested that we cancel but I insisted no. I want the kids to have their vacation!! I just hope that I have enough pain meds to get me through if I need them. I hope you are doing well. Thanks for asking about me. Take care Kris in TN
