Guest guest
I found this site and I thought it might be of interest when converting a recipe containing alcohol to SCD. Obviously, not all of the substitutions are SCD legal but it is a start to converting those yummy desserts ! http://www.whatscookingamerica.net/alcoholsub.htm

Wine and vodka would be the two most useful alcohol additives for SCD IMO. Add orange juice for a Cointreau like flavor and other appropriate pureed or juiced fruits for the same effect as a liqueur.
