alcohol substitutions for cooking

I found this site and I thought it might be of interest when

converting a recipe containing alcohol to SCD. Obviously, not all of

the substitutions are SCD legal but it is a start to converting those

This list is too confusing as it contains too many illegal alcohols. Wine and

vodka would be

the two most useful alcohol additives for SCD IMO. Add orange juice for a

Cointreau like

flavor and other appropriate pureed or juiced fruits for the same effect as a

liqueur.
