Guest guest
I'm looking for ideas for treats for my daughter to have when her kindergarten class is celebrating a classmate's birthday. The classroom is a nut-free area, so it can't include nuts. And it can't have eggs since my daughter has an egg alergy. Ideally we'd like to do something like a cake, but I can't see doing this without nut flours. One idea we came up with is frozen bananas coated with some honey and unsweetened coconut. But again, something like a cake or cookie would be desireable. Any ideas? Thanks. -
