Guest guest
Hi, I'm looking for an SCD marinade for London Broil. My son has been on SCD for over 2 years but still a pretty basic version as his digestive problems were severe. I'm trying to find things that our whole family can eat. I'm not looking for anything fancy (like sundried tomatoes, olives etc.) just an SCD version of what I normally marinate with (olive oil, vinegar and non SCD spice mix). I looked at some of the SCD recipe sites and couldn't find anything. Thanks for the help! Gwen, mom to 8 1/2 yrs w/ ASD, SCD 2 1/2 years
