Hi Cathy,

Sorry, but no, the Scandic Farmer Cheese is not SCD legal. The

farmer's cheese that is legal is a dry curd cheese - similar to

cottage cheese but dry. The Hushallsost Scandic Farmer Cheese

is a semi solid cheese that is sliceable. It has too much lactose.
