Guest guest
, I forgot about a fantastic take along recipe that is dairy free. You can find Marilyn's apple-pecan cake recipe at www.scdrecipe.com My kids loved it. We're actually making a double recipe today to make into muffins. They'll go in the freezer. It does call for pecan flour, but I know that you're restricted to only using almond flour. I bet you could substitute with that just fine. This is a scrumptious cake(muffins for my kids), and great especially at this time of year. If I can think of any other dairy free for you to use as a quick take along food, I'll let you know.
