I just wanted to keep everyone updated. I haven't been posting but I

have been reading a lot of posts. I finally feel good. I got a cold

as soon as I got home from Durham which was Sept 14, my surgery was

the 7th. Anyways I was feeling awful from this cold and basically

stayed in bed the past week. I havne't lost much weight since I have

been home only about 2lbs, but I haven't been moving even compared to

pre op because of this cold and feeling tired. I did finally go for

a walk yesterday because I was feeling a lot better and let me tell

you it felt good. I realized half way up the hill that my back

wasn't hurting....amazing, usually 5 minutes into a walk and my back

is aching so bad that I want to sit down but not this time....it

feels good. All the hype that is been going on has worried me and I

keep thinking....what if I don't lose, but you know what? I am not

going to worry about it right now. Like I said I haven't been very

active, in fact I was more active before surgery but it is because of

this cold, but now am feeling better and will be walking more often.

Well, I am rambling, which I tend to do, so I will close for now.
